Good to know

• We respond to quote requests as quickly as possible.
• All orders are finalized following written or telephone consultation.
• We plan our routes entirely around our customers’ orders, so we visit some areas more frequently than others.
• We arrange pickup and delivery times with both the sender and the recipient at least 24 hours in advance.
• We operate on a flexible schedule, so pickup and delivery may take place outside normal working hours, including early mornings and late evenings, while taking individual requirements into account.
• Estimated delivery time: 1–14 days, or up to 21 days for less frequently served areas.
• We do not use conveyor belts when handling shipments and, whenever possible, we avoid transferring items from one van to another. We generally aim to complete the delivery using the same vehicle that collected the shipment, reducing the risk of damage.
• Our standard transport service is door-to-door (curbside). In-home pickup or delivery is available in the Parisian region and as part of our moving services, subject to prior arrangement. Shipments can also be dropped off or collected at a MaplogPoint.

More about MaplogPoint

What is a MaplogPoint?

A warehouse where, by prior arrangement, you can drop off or collect your shipment in person.

Where are they located?

• The Netherlands – Ritthem
• Hungary – Dunaharaszti, Fót and Kazincbarcika

Why did we create them?

• Because some of our customers need this option.
• For some customers, dropping off or collecting their shipment at a MaplogPoint is more convenient.
• Customers do not need to be available at a specific pickup or delivery time.
• MaplogPoints also make it easier for us to serve locations outside our standard service areas, whether customers bring their shipment themselves or use a domestic courier service.
• If we visit a pickup or delivery area less frequently, customers can send their shipment to or collect it from a MaplogPoint, either in person or through a domestic courier service (usually used in Hungary).
