We do not use a conveyor belt or an automated system during our deliveries, we do not transfer shipments to other cars if possible. It is usually delivered by the car that picked it up. In our experience, with proper care and packaging, in many cases a non-standard package can be made into a standard package – using boxes and / or fillers.
We have no influence on what happens inside the box, due to the road conditions, railway crossings, lying police, potholes, proper packaging is essential inside the box as well. When transporting particularly important fragile elements, e.g. porcelain set, plate, glass, vase.
It is recommended to indicate the sender’s and consignee’s details on the packages (printed or with a felt-tip pen: name, exact address, telephone number) and also to indicate the order number. The latter will be replaced by a colleague at the time of recruitment if he is absent.
